ey999 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ey999 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply regardless of the device or browser used to access ey999. If you are acting on behalf of another individual, you represent that you have the authority to bind that individual to these Terms, and that the individual meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.

ey999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ey999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the platform's notification system or email. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain in agreement with the current version.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on ey999, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. ey999 reserves the right to request documentation to verify compliance with these requirements at any point.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ey999 enforces strict age verification during the KYC process and will suspend any account found to belong to a player under the minimum age.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Individuals who have been declared legally incompetent by a court may not register.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ey999 or any of its affiliates, or an immediate family member of such persons.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and update such information promptly if it changes.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement on ey999 or any other gaming platform operating under a mutual exclusion agreement with ey999.

ey999 may perform ongoing eligibility checks at any time during the life of an account. Where a player is found to no longer satisfy eligibility criteria, the account may be restricted, suspended, or closed, and any pending withdrawals may be held pending review and verification.

3. Account Registration and KYC

To access ey999's full range of services — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus eligibility — you must register an account and complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC is a mandatory regulatory requirement designed to confirm your identity, verify your age, and protect against fraud and money laundering.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one ey999 account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different identity, or in combination with other players — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, ey999 will close all but the original account, void any bonuses claimed through duplicate accounts, and may withhold funds pending investigation. Players who suspect they have inadvertently created a duplicate account should contact support immediately.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ey999 will never proactively request your password via any channel. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, notify ey999 support immediately.

3.3 KYC Document Requirements

ey999 may request identity verification documents at any stage, including during registration, before processing your first withdrawal, when unusual activity is detected, or during periodic compliance reviews. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by Bangladeshi authorities. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure and funds being held pending compliance review.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ey999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ey999 does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals in currencies other than BDT. The following provisions govern all deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are accepted through the following BDT payment methods. All deposits are credited to your ey999 account balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider.

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available methods may change from time to time — check the Deposit page inside your account for the current list.
• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Maximum deposit amounts may be set per transaction or per day based on the payment provider's limits. ey999 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits.
• Deposits made in error, or to the wrong account reference, must be reported to support immediately. ey999 cannot guarantee recovery of misdirected deposits but will make reasonable efforts to assist.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your ey999 account are subject to the following conditions. Unverified accounts (pending KYC completion) may have withdrawal limits or restrictions applied until verification is complete.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method's withdrawal availability.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• ey999 reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawal processing where additional verification is required, unusual activity is suspected, or where a compliance review is in progress. Players will be notified of any such hold.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ey999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, and the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free spin winnings — must be wagered a minimum number of times before any withdrawal may be requested. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is displayed in the individual promotion's terms at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Uncompleted wagering results in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Abuse and Prohibited Conduct

ey999 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses, potential account suspension, and forfeiture of associated winnings:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once (bonus multi-accounting).
• Using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the stated intent of the promotion, including by placing low-risk hedge bets designed to meet wagering requirements mechanically without genuine gameplay risk.
• Providing false information during registration for the purpose of qualifying for a bonus or promotion.
• Colluding with other players to exploit bonus structures or referral programmes.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the ey999 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure outcomes are entirely random and independent of previous results. ey999 does not manipulate game outcomes. RTP percentages for all games are published in each game's paytable or information section.

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet sizes are displayed within each game and each betting market. ey999 reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time, including applying individual account limits where unusual betting patterns are detected. Players who believe an error has occurred in the settlement of a bet must notify support within 72 hours of the relevant bet being settled.

6.2 Prohibited Gameplay Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ey999 platform and may result in account suspension, bet voiding, and forfeiture of winnings:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or betting markets without ey999's explicit written consent.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in betting markets to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the ey999 platform as a conduit for illegal financial activity of any kind.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker variants, or any head-to-head game format to manipulate outcomes or redistribute winnings in an artificial manner.

7. Responsible Gaming

ey999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. ey999 recognises that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and the platform takes that seriously. All responsible gaming tools described in this section are available free of charge to every registered account holder.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all players directly within the account settings section of the ey999 platform:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time reminders: configure notifications that alert you after a set period of continuous play. These alerts appear on-screen and are designed to prompt you to take a break.
• Time-out periods: temporarily suspend your account for a set cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, login to your account is blocked and no bets may be placed.
• Self-exclusion: permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and are processed within 24 hours of the request being received by the support team.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

ey999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the one-account policy, bonus abuse rules, prohibited gameplay conduct, or KYC non-compliance.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, payment fraud, or any attempt to deceive ey999 or other players.
• At the player's own request, including requests for self-exclusion submitted through the responsible gaming tools or via the support team.
• As required by applicable law, regulatory guidance, or court order.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no fraudulent activity occurred, the genuine account balance (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. ey999 will not be liable for any losses incurred during the period of account restriction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ey999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, even if ey999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ey999's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ey999 makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party payment provider delays, or force majeure events may cause temporary service unavailability. ey999 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and to communicate planned outages in advance where possible.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

ey999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may access the full Privacy Policy at any time via the footer link on any ey999 page.

11. Changes to These Terms

ey999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material — including changes to bonus rules, withdrawal policies, or eligibility requirements — ey999 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players via in-platform notification or registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the ey999 platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure via the support team before the effective date of the changes.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between you and ey999 that cannot be resolved informally through the support team should be submitted in writing to ey999 via the support email address. ey999 will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving a written complaint. If a dispute remains unresolved after 30 days, both parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed-upon mediation process before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
